Change that pillow case!

One very easy thing that you can do to improve your skin is to change your sheets more often. Or at least, change your pillow cases. I think that you should change the pillow case that you sleep on the most (if you're like me, you have that one, favorite pillow that you always sleep on) at least once a week. The more frequently, the better. But once a week is okay.
