LUNCH TIPS

Lately, when I've gotten home from work, it's been really hot. On days like that I really don't feel like eating anything warm, so instead I've been eating different salads. Today I used quinoa (boiled, of course), some lettuce mix, cucumber, pepper and black olives. Then I make a dressing with lemon, olive oil, salt and pepper, that I pour over the quinoa. I was really hungry when I got home, because it was past 2 PM and I hadn't eaten since 6.30 AM, so I also had a slice of ciabatta and my own homemade bread. And yes, I had lunch at my desk. It feels so lonely to eat alone at the table... (: xx
